We can service all Google Pixel devices

CTDI Australia also provides a device collection service. Nominate an address and schedule a pick up with one of our friendly team members, and we can schedule to collect your device from you with express shipping, bring it to our excellent technical team for servicing, and also have it returned to you at your convenience (costs may vary based on pick up location).

We are the only authorised Google repair centre in Australia, we have special tools and equipment for testing and servicing Google Pixel devices. For the Pixel 6 and 6 Pro, this also means we have reset and calibration tools which are not available elsewhere, which ensure your device will function as required once repaired.

A basic quote will not carry any cost, and can be provided free of charge either in person (appointment required), or over the phone with one of our helpful techs.

A formal quote, which requires in depth assessment of the device, can be provided for AUD 120. This will include running various diagnostic tests to determine any software, or hardware related failures; it also includes inspection for water damage, software reflash if needed, and a brief report of the results, along with any recommendations.
